Under the umbrella of Pavilion Packaging, Spinzers is operative with a state-of-the-art PCR-PET Recycling Facility with the ability to produce 1,000,000 KG/month of PCR-PET flakes with international standards. We have an import and export license for Post-Consumer PET Bottles & PCR-PET Flakes. We have a designated QC lab to determine the results of each bag produced. We can produce cold/hot wash flakes in sizes ranging from 10 mm to 12 mm. We have a sophisticated system installed for automated metal detection and rejection, an automated packing system from 50 kg to 1000 kg, automated colour sorting, and material (other than PET) sorting, and rejecting the contamination. Our current ratio of production is of Clear Flakes, Clear – Blue Mix Flakes and Green Flakes. Our plant is made with Stainless Steel to avoid any contamination. Our plant is developed on the ideology of automation means the material cannot be touched by a human hand from the point of entry till exit in filling. We have been exporting our manufactured PCR-PET Flakes to the USA, UK and many European Countries with continuous monthly orders.
