Shipping & Logistics support representative  

Oversee & provide support for freight movements on behalf of customers globally.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of logistics and shipping operations between customer sites globally to ensure all aspects of the business are able to run smoothly.

• Oversee & provide support for freight movements on behalf of customers globally.
• Ensure export control guidelines and export licence requirements are being met.
• Responsible for leading the logistics team and updating the internal online shipping system.
• Harici HMRC, BIS, DIT, nakliye firmaları, Entegratörler ve 3. taraf tedarikçilerle irtibat kurmak.
• Collaborate internally with Finance, Tax, Procurement, customer support and Compliance teams within the business.
• Yeni 2021 Brexit düzenlemelerini dikkate alarak tüm nakliye belgelerinin HMRC/BIFA Gümrük standartlarına göre tamamlanmasını sağlamak.

Temel gereksinimler:

• Stratejik düşünme yeteneğine sahip sağlam bir lojistik yönetimi deneyimi tabanı.
• Knowledge of global export control legislation.
• İhracat lisansı başvuruları konusunda deneyim.
• İthalat, ihracat, kapıdan kapıya sevkiyatlar, uluslararası nakliye şartları, denizaşırı nakliye firmaları ve HMRC, BIS ile ilişkiler konusunda kanıtlanabilir yeterlilik.
• Lojistik yeterliliği bir avantaj olacaktır.
• Hem yazılı hem de sözlü olarak iyi derecede İngilizce bilgisi ve yönetim kurulu düzeyinde sunum için kaliteli raporlar hazırlama becerisi.
• İstekli ve hevesli olmak ve ek sorumluluk almaya istekli olmak
• Desired: Speak multiple languages, experience in the Waste Management sector
